Before my husband retired, I used to make and freeze a couple of different breakfast items so he could take them to work and eat them upon arrival. I've gotten out of the habit since he retired, but your post has inspired me to make some things ahead and freeze them. I need a rainy day to do it, though. Ha ha! And no rain is in the forecast. I love the idea of stuffing in muffin tins!
