Okay, that really made me chuckle! So many hilarious contradictions!

It's good to see you posting again! I've had some long gaps between posts, too. Life just gets too crazy sometimes to stop and write anything. I wish you the best as you seek the next employment. Change

You did a very nice job with the decor. I love Hobby Lobby and Home Goods. I am impressed with the piece you glued together. I would never have thought of that!

Oooooh, good to know!

I have not grown Candytuft or Aubrieta. Looking at that photo, I think I should find a spot to grow some. But only if deer don't like them.

Wow, such amazing food! The pictures are absolutely tantalizing. Black truffle mayo deviled eggs sounds very wrong but looks delicious. Looking forward to more food posts when you come up for air.

Definitely!

Glad you did!

Yikes, that was quite a fall! I hope Art follows his doctors orders and doesn't try to overdo too soon. In my experience, men generally think they can push the limits given to them....

I don't obsess about politics, either. My husband does, so I hear plenty from him. And I read a little, here and there. I am an independent voter, preferring to vote for the person rather than the party.

I need to watch these videos, eventually. (Right now it's bedtime.) They all look quite interesting, especially Zzyzx road. There must be a good story behind that.

Aw,those goslings are adorable! As usual, I am trying to select a favorite photo. Of the birds photos, I'm voting for the cormorant shot. As for the bridge shots, I'd say the 6th photo from the top. The
