Love earthships. We have some strawbale construction on our homestead, and have an earthship greenhouse in the planning stages. Thinking about an earthship residents too. Keep getting the messege out.

You plant a piece of a potato, and it yields pounds of potatoes. I've never tried the blue potatoes, but have heard they're great. Blue mashed potatoes would be pretty funny.
