on this network, your VP stops regenerating when it hits 100%. This system waits till your voting power is about to go to waste, then votes other members of the group to prevent that waste.
it prevents abuse by tracking who votes and whos received votes, all you need to do is keep posting and youll get your votes based on your queue position. you will get all your outstanding votes as fast as possible, when youre behind, you will get more votes, when youre overpaid, it will spread to other users a bit first so if your unavailable to post for a while your account will remain active voting, and you can come back and enjoy more votes.
