I am here once again with plenty of updates to give on the mobile app for 3Speak
Everything I do is open source.
Anyone can take a look at the code, use it, learn from it, or contribute to this community project.
Alright, let's get to the updates
What do we have new in the app?
- Hide comments which are posted by author with low reputation or many down votes
- Expand-collapse feature for hidden comments
- Disable links, urls & actions on hidden comments for security reasons
- Added name & image of author in video details
- Hive Log in with ONLY posting key
Why don't we have more updates on mobile app?
Because, I am currently working on back-end & experimenting many things like
- video upload directly on iPFS server
- running ffmpeg from strong mobile device for on-device-video-encoding
- With on-device-video-encoding, you can reduce time in-queue for processing & upload faster.
