I agree that to feel at peace or recharge doesn't need to be a place or spot.
The little things and moments can mean much more.
Just having a cup of coffe by the window watching a sunset, reading a book or listening to music.

And like you say getting older makes you appriciate things more and cherrish the moments.

I am just me to and blessed with the things in my life.
We can admire things about others and admire them and learn from them.
But then we take that with us and make our own version of it that fits us 🩷 being true to ourselves.
