The Asian Style Pork Belly step by step

First the pork belly

Chopped in pieces

Then marinated with dry rub


Placed on the egg for 3 hours

Created the wetsauce


Put in all the porkbelly chunks in the sauce

Let it simmer for another 2 hours so that makes it 5 hours all together


Cut it in pieces and enjoyed it!
