I am glad that your car is ok after the over heating, that is a blessing. I started cycling recently, but only for exercise, and I have a mountain bike, thus do cycle on gravel roads or on single tracks.

That is the nice thing of running, you can let the mind go and think or even dream about anything, it is just you and the road.
