Ob sie das dürfen hängt von den lokalen Gesetzen des Landes ab, in dem der Exchange seinen Sitz hat. Ausserdem wahrscheinlich auch noch von ihren AGB. Fakt ist, dass es dass immer wieder mal gibt. Warum

wenn du auf schaust gibt es zwei Varianten die "bösen Jungs" von den weniger bösen zu unterscheiden - wobei ich nicht weiß ob Jungs hier zutrifft und ob es sich wirlkich um mehrere Personen handelt

Den Aufruf, einen kleinen Steem Beitrag zusätzlich auszugeben finde ich an sich gut - man sollte allerdings aufpassen, wo man derzeit sein Steem an der Börse kauft - bei Binance kannst du aktuell zwar

you are right - the price would never go to zero. I would also buy a 10 million Steem for 1000 USD - so now we know that it would never drop below 100/1.000.000 USD ;-)

I think one can say that the whole process did not work out in the best possible way. It would have been much better if the witnesses and Justin Sun had talked more before the first strike with soft fork

I would handle this a bit bit differently @afrog, but of course everybody is free to vote on their own. For now, I vote blindly the witnesses which have the highest chance to get back into the top 20.
