Good day and happy Friday Everyone!
Welcome to my fitness report. For my activity I did some stretching exercises and then later in the afternoon I walked around the neighborhood. It was a bit chilly around 40F degrees so had to put a heavier coat to keep me warm. Other than that everything was good.
At home doing house work and just resting and relaxing watching Netflix.
