I, along with Mr Casey, smelled a scam from the start. While i am loath to take any state-sponsored medical advice - I've never had a flu shot and i once convinced a storekeeper to sell me some ice cream even though a "listeria recall" had been issued earlier in the day - this panic seemed very suspicious.

Why? Simple. Say there was a lethal toxic cloud of gas coming toward your country, and the state had the only gas masks that would save anyone. Would the state then have people line up and provide their identification in order to get a mask? Or would they have the military driving and flying in every populated area throwing masks by the bushel into the streets to provide everyone with a mask in the fastest possible way? Why then would one need to provide identification to get the jab?

This was an experiment, using the world's population as guinea pigs, right from the start. The extensive identifcation and tracking was solely to provide "the best data possible" to those who benefitted from it.
