Is Shumer admitting that the US is at war? Without declaration of same? "If blah blah blah we will lose THE WAR." Has Schumer been derelict in his duty to protect the Constitution in not demanding that the Senate declare war? Are myriad contracts at risk of force majeure under the "Acts of War" clause? Maybe the talking head should have asked Schumer to clarify his words?
