This is the ultimate question: A stated goal of making this movie was to appeal to the "normies". But, I can tell you, as much as I, an anarcho-capitalist and huge fan of Mr Rose and his brethren in philosophical thought, live the movie, I can talk to my normie friends until I am blue in the face, but there is absolutely no way, no how, that a single one of them will pay $10 (or even 50 cents) to watch the movie.
I hosted a watch party for the movie on its online premiere date. But, I'd love to share it among my normie friends, but I will not do so because I know that the creators of same need the money.
So.....which is "the greater good"? That the movie has no distribution or whether the creators go broke and can't get funds to continue to create more? In a perfect world, the movie would become so popular that sharing for free would be a "Double plus" in that the movie earns enough to pay for itself AND the popularity attracts investors ready to make another movie.
Sadly, the world isn't perfect. I don't know which is better or "less bad". I won't share for free, and I'll talk it up as I do with all the concepts I know as a voluntaryist, but I fear that this will die on the scrapheap of "counter-culture" art that will never see the light of normie day.
