What happens to casinos? Arms dealers? Drug cartels? Certainly none of them, nor anyone else who profits from money laundering or "illegal" activities, is going to accept a controlled currency. In fact, those organizations large enough to do so - say, the Taliban or MS-13, may see this as a business opportunity!
