Hello friends and community, I'm back to share with you this delicious recipe that I made at home for the whole family, it was delicious for everyone.
As you already know, I love coffee and if we can add the aroma of coffee to a good cake, then for me it is delicious.
Along with coffee, I love the combination of cinnamon and a few grains of sugar, which gives it an irresistible smell and taste.
That's why I would like to share with you this simple recipe that anyone can make at home, it's quite easy and quick and the ingredients are also easy to find since they are products that we usually have at home.
-It takes about six eggs
-Take wheat flour about 2 mugs of it
-It takes cornstarch flour
-Take coffee about a spoon of soluble coffee
-Take oil in a mug and a half more or less
-Take a mug and a half of sugar
-Take a spoon and a half of cinnamon
-It takes yeast
-It takes about half a cup of milk
As you can see in the following images, we put the sugar together with the eggs in a mixer and beat for about 10 minutes until it looks like a paste, then we add the coffee, cinnamon, oil and milk, beating for another 4 minutes.
Then we add the wheat flour, the baking powder, the cornstarch flour that can be added now or sooner with the coffee and with a spatula or a large spoon, mix all the ingredients until a homogeneous mass is created and even create some air bubbles.
We put the dough that we have been making into a mold, or a tray. In this case, I used a round one and I placed parchment paper on the bottom greased with margarine and a little flour.
The parchment paper with the flour and margarine is used so that when the cake is ready to come out of the oven, it is easy to unmold without breaking.
Baking time can vary between 35 to 45 minutes at 180 degrees, using a toothpick to see if the cake is ready, poking it in the middle and seeing if it is cooked.
At the end we have a delicious cinnamon and coffee cake that I like to mix in a small bowl of sugar, cinnamon and sprinkle over the cake when it's still hot.
I hope you enjoyed it and soon I will share more here in the community.
