The best part of promoting up the leagues is that you get more rewards chests and while on most days the rewards are pretty bad, some days you get cards that are pretty good. The Venari Wavesmith is one

Got three rewards cards today and all were flying cards. What are the odds? All are common cards and none of them come in a gold foil variety. These are some of the most common cards in the game right

6 DEC and a Pelacor Mercenary - that's the reward for today competing in Silver III. I am almost at the end of Silver III so a promotion to Silver II tomorrow is possible although it might be a bit tough

2 Gold Foil Heatsmiths in my collection now and I still have not used one in battle yet. I just can't see a use for this card. Looking at its stats: It doesn't seem to get much more useful till maybe level

Thaddius Brood has been a game changer for the Death Splinter for me. With it's -1 Magic and -1 Health and you pair it with the Bone Golem, you pretty much negate a lot of the magic damage. The Bone Golem

Still in Silver II like i was 2 days ago and just completed another Neutral Quest. Not much progress in terms of moving up the Silver league. Now that I don't have Alric anymore, it is win one lose one

Yesterday I got the Water Quest which is my favorite especially when I have a rented Alric on me. Today, it was the Earth Quest which in theory should be as good as the Water one now that Obsidian is

This is probably the first time I promoted to Silver so early in the season and I was initially apprehensive about facing tougher opponents but they have been pretty well matched so far. Hope I don't jinx

I finished in Silver I last season with 18 rewards chests to open. A gold foil Gargoya Lion isn't the greatest card but a gold foil nonetheless. But it is the 1 additional pack that was the highlight for

Frank 'Bentley' Lampard has just been appointed as the manager of Everton. It is an interesting appointment and I thought it would have gone to Wayne Rooney. Lampard had a decent time at Chelsea but let's

Just like it was with last season, I have the last day of the season to race to Silver I. I have rented an Alric Sotrmbringer from the market for 10 DEC per day to make this a little easier and so far

Not sure why they made the neutral quest only 3 battles long instead of 5 but it is definitely my favorite. There are enough good cards in the individual splinters to not require any neutral cards. Also

I got another heatsmith and if memory serves me right, I have been getting a number of them in the rewards chests in recent days. Silver III has been so much easier than Bronze I was last season. Last

I was a little worried being in Silver today as it is still early in the season and I usually don't promote to Silver till around mid-season. The Death Splinter quest for me today which wasn't my favorite

This season has been a lot easier for me so far compared to the last two seasons. Maybe I am finally getting the hang of things with the new CL packs or maybe the tougher opponents have moved on to the

After last season's heroics, I was a little worried how this season was going to start off especially with my Alric rental ending. Today it was the Sneak quest for me. I was lucky that the water splinter

Just yesterday I was in Silver III and was having so much difficulty moving up because it was just loss after loss and to be honest, I was worried I might even end up in Bronze. But I decided to rent an

Time is running out and there is only a day or so left before the season ends. It has been a very frustrating season with it being a struggle to get lift-off. I think by this time I am usually in Silver

After a right old struggle to promote to Silver, staying in Silver wasn't as difficult. Today, I started the quest ranked 1,004 and ended it at 1,045. So a climb of 40 positions which doesn't mean much

I started the day in Bronze I, then lost 8 in a row and ended up in Bronze II before slowly fighting my way back up and ended the day in Silver III. My DEC Capture rate has fallen to the lowest it has
