Even we have a bunch of options here on Hive and this is what makes this platform a great one. Splinterlands is the best game because we get a lot of earning opportunities on this project. This is the only game that I am part of and I have completed 4 years with this project. At this time I have never realized that I should be joining another game because my experience has been amazing and as far as earnings are concerned it is great and I'm very happy with it.
With SPS we have got a bunch of opportunities to earn in the game and it is important for us to make the most out of it. I did not know in the beginning that such kind of great opportunities we are going to see in the game with SPS but I started my journey of accumulation. the initial thought was just to accumulate more tokens because, in the future, the price will increase. Now with the use case that we have got for the token in the game is making me happy. Now the price is also not a concern for me because I am trying to buy as much as I can instead of thinking about booking a profit by selling.
SPS Delegation
Recently we have got a fantastic use case of the spurs in the game and I believe it is one of the game changer steps that has been taken by the team. it was awaited for the last couple of months because this was announced and finally we have it implemented in the game. it is important for everyone to hold some SPS in the game account if you want to earn a good reward. The more SPS you hold will make you earn better reward and this is why it is always a great decision to accumulate a bigger chunk of sps token.
With this sps delegation, we have got the opportunity to earn delegation reward while earning the apr which we are getting on the stake. If you are someone who is not playing the game then you can rent out your SPS power and this way you can earn about 6-7%. this is not a small percentage I think because you are getting it on top of the APR so altogether it becomes a very good amount. It's simply that on the bigger stake of SPS, you are going to get more delegation rewards even if you are not playing the game but if you are a player then you are going to enjoy the multiplied rewards in the game. My SPS Staking
I have already shared in my previous post that I believe in SPS and this is the reason why I am trying to increase my holding as much as possible. today again I purchased almost two thousand sps from the market and powered it up in my game account. there is no benefit of holding the tokens in liquid because it does not bring any value so the best way is to power up and earn APR. Every time I buy the token then I do the power-up because this is the best option to go for I believe.
I also claimed some tokens from the reward and in total I powered up over 2000 sps today. This is my updated balance as of now which is almost going to be 42K. I am trying my best to grow the balance as much as I can. It is going to be above 42k in the Next One or two days but I am also working to make it 50K in total as soon as possible. I don't know when I'm going to buy another bunch but whenever I'll see some funds lying in my wallet then the next action will be to buy SPS from the market and power it up. I do this because I have two reasons- One, I believe in SPS and I am trying to accumulate a bigger bunch of SPS tokens in my account. Second, with the recent change the value of sps has grown and it has become an important part of the player as well as investors so I am trying to grow my holding more to grab better rewards. I hope that by the end of this year, I should be able to have a good amount of sps lying in my account that will help me earn better seasons and rewards.
What are your thoughts about SPS and do you think that it is going to get even more value in the game? People can have different opinions and maybe some of you might not agree with that but the fact is that now we need to have better holding to enjoy gaming even more. it's up to you whether you want to hold or not because even if you do not then also you are going to earn a reward as per 1X. The multiplier cannot go beyond one so the basic rewards will be distributed to everyone even if they are not holding any SPS token in the game account. This is giving more opportunity to the new players and those who are already part of it are going to enjoy even more since they are holding the sps tokens.
