🍇 1 cup seedless grapes
🍏 1 green apple sliced

🍯 2 tablespoons fig or honey preserves
🥖 Artisan baguette or assorted crackers
🌰 1/2 cup mixed nuts: walnuts, almonds, pecans

Instructions

1- Prepare the Cheese:

  • Slice the Appenzeller, Emmentaler, and Le Gruyère into small, uniform pieces suitable for tasting.
  • For Tête de Moine, use a girolle to shave the cheese into delicate rosettes.

2- Arrange the Platter:

  • On a large wooden or slate board, place the cheeses evenly distributed across the surface.
  • Arrange the grapes, apple slices, and pear slices between the cheeses for easy access and a pop of color.

3- Add the Preserves and Bread:

  • Add small dabs of fig or honey preserves next to the cheeses, providing a sweet contrast to the savory flavors.
  • Place slices of baguette or a selection of crackers in a separate area or on the edges of the board.

4- Add the Nuts:

  • Spread the mixed nuts sporadically around the board to add a crunchy element to the platter.
