I NEED HELP - withdraw at steemit.com !

Please tell me what is the minimum payment can i collect to withdraw in steemit.com ? and what is the payment methods ? 

Some people said :

 you cant withdraw until you earn 10x of what given free to you. Example, if you open account and given 10 steam power, you need 100 steam power to withdraw 

Are this true ?
