One of the reasons I do this the way that I do is to point out the downvotes. I find them unwarranted if not silly. To spread and grow that sediment is part of the process.

I remember a Saturday morning program. One of the bits was Randolph Mantooth appearing and saying, "I am Randolph Mantooth and I have spoken." I've always thought that was the funniest thing.
