This is my HOME line - from Kiev, Ukraine to Baltimore, MD. In Vietnam I paid for my own person fiber optic line and still could rarely get above 3-4mbps to America with a 300ping.
36Mbps down and 76 up. Madness.
And that's despite being at war with Russia.
