Tobacco touches my hand
my skin changes
and in an instant from hand to mouth
the taste traces it's way to my tongue
So long it has been
since this taste has been
here
in
me.
And when I fight it
it hurts me (in it's power)
and when i embrace it
it heals me (in it's light)
I embrace it
and it clears me
from root all up to crown.
