I spent a half day feeling myself a caterpillar shepherd. Eventually, I noticed three editions of this caterpillar (which I identified as 'Elephant Hawk moth' (in Russian: 'бражник винный'). Those caterpillars

Two cityscapes from St.Petersburg: at the central street and in the unusual yard. (I was enjoying my wide angle lens on that day). I decided these go better as #monochrome. What do you think? Два городских

Some days are better than others. For us here, at our summer house, it means being productive, being able to fill the day with as much things as possible (both housework and pleasant entertainment). And

Today I share a few impressions I brought from 'Solyanoi gorodok' arts-and-trades festival I visited in 2024. The festival is held annually by a vocational school, and it definitely helps children with

Today our brave kittie snatched the cheese from my morning sandwich. I paused my coffee for 3 minutes and walked away — that was enough for his bandit action. He is always vigilant and alert to any changes

Greeting! For this #fungifriday I share fresh mushroom impressions from August encounters (all fungi you see in the post appeared right at my place). Nobody was harmed.
