So there I was awkwardly sitting at a Jewish wedding. I couldn't understand a word of it. My Mother and Aunt sitting there, sobbing; I thought, how do they even know what they are saying? the wedding was all in Hebrew you see. After the wedding, friends and family all gathered at The Pavilion Center at Walt Disney World for food, drink and festivities. I had a glass of champagne. While we were toasting the bride and groom, I could help but obsess over the fact it was just sparkling wine. Oh yes! There's a difference. Only real champagne is made with grapes from the Champagne area of France. After bar-tending 21 years, I find myself asking; is there really a difference? I guess I would need a glass of real champagne to know.
