Prepared Baby Corn Manchurian!

Greetings!

Today I am sharing everyone's favorite Baby Corn Machurian recipe. It is a delicious appetizer from indo Chinese cuisine. They are fusion of the Indian and Chinese cuisines.

I am a big fan of Baby Corn Manchurian compared to other manchurian recipes. Moreover Baby Corn Manchurian recipes are more crispy tasty and spicy compared to other manchurian recipes. My hubby likes Gobhi Manchurian, so whenever we go out we both order, Manchurians of baby corn and Gobhi. So both of the manchurians we got to taste at a time😁

So let's see how to make Baby Corn Manchurian-

●Ingredients
Chopped Baby Corn
½cup cornflour/ all purpose flour
Ginger garlic paste.
Kashmir red chili powder
Salt
Water
Onion
Spring onions
Capsicum
Chilli sauce
Soy sauce
Vinegar
Peper
Tomato ketchup
Oil

METHOD-

•Wash and chop Baby Corn.

•In a large bowl add cornflour and all purpose flour. Mix ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, salt and slowly add water as required.

•And make a smooth flowing consistency batter.Then add chopped Baby Corn and coat well with batter.

•Then deep fry into hot oil till they turn golden brown in color.

•Drain the fried Baby corn on a kitchen paper towel to remove excess oil.

•Then in a large kadhai heat oil in a high flame, add Chopped onions, spring onions , green chili, chopped ginger and garlic . Saute for a minute.

•Add chopped capsicum. Add soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, salt, tomato ketchup. You can add little slurry of water and cornflour mixture.

•Mix well till the sauce turns slightly thick. Now add deep fried Baby corns.

•Also add black peper and give a nice mix.

•Finally add chopped spring onions and serve hot

•Serve immediately else they will not taste great.

Enjoy this yummy recipe as it is or can also be served as a side dish with Fried rice or Noodles.
