In Australia they seem to have been recognised as KG Mobility for a few years, i thought it was relativley new, mind you KGM is too make it more accepted in market, I liked SY, and yes it can.

Some EV's have tow mode, and others have to be fully suspended off the floor. You can also fit a set of wheels that go under the wheels, which allow it to be towed (whether forwards or backwards) so there
