Introduction

Hi everyone it's @LivingUKTaiwan here with today's edition of the #TravelDigest. @martibis the brains behind Pinmapple, has created a new proposal for Pinmapple and the associated projects today. It is a continuation of our existing proposal to fund the running of the project so we can continue to support the travel community on Hive. 🥇 E3 in western Slovakia - Day 40 ( Stage 5 ) by @softa

" But before I got to the place it was quite dark, a strong wind started blowing and mainly it started to rain lightly. Which made my options more and more complicated. So not only did I have to find a flat surface, I had to find a flat surface downwind in order for my shelter to survive strong gusts of wind. Which was finally achieved almost another 2 km further beyond the fork to the top."

🥈 Smuggler's Notch: Stowe, VT by @bozz

" Just outside of Stowe sits the main ski resort area that Stowe is so well known for. Close to that area and on your way to Smugglers Notch, is the Toll Road that takes you up Mt. Mansfield which is the location of the highest point in Vermont.

Unfortunately, when we arrived, the toll road was closed and we weren't able to make what is supposed to be one of the best drives in the state. We were exactly one week too late and it was kind of a bummer."

🥉 Norway - USA Emigration Museum in Kvinesdal by @norwaylife

" When we arrived at our appointment time, there was no one inside again and after 2-3 minutes the person who made the appointment for us came and he was an aged man. He was also an English teacher at the school here. We didn't think that anyone would guide us inside the museum, this elderly person who welcomed us also volunteers as a guide for visitors who want to visit this place and he was a very nice person."
