While on our trip to Ha Long Bay in Vietnam, we were privileged to watch a true master of the knife in action. This expert vegetable carver took a simple carrot and turned it into a work of art. He transformed the carrot into a fish net with precision in a matter of minutes. I have always admired people with such skills, as my effort would have been very clumsy, and the result would not have been any good.
