Best of luck finding a new job! But, as you asked to be talked out... 😄

As many times, I can relate a lot to what you wrote... Being a bit older, pardon experienced 😂, I'm in a kind of similar situation... I had so many (self-created) jobs/workplaces, that I had the same question as you... "Who am I professionally?" And truth to be told, I have no idea... lol...

I try to compare my situation with the one where my parents were; they had 1 work and did it their whole life! I doubt something like that is even possible, and if it is, it's a very rare case... It's not a bad thing, but it's a fact... I like changing "professions", but after some time, it gets a bit daunting, as you would say... Especially with time passing, you do have more experience, but you have less tolerance for shit that you don't care about... 😂

Anyway, I would say that you have a leadership mentality, and if you fit that into any of your jobs, you will be successful... Being part of the "corporative" world, or launching "your thing"...

Good luck!
