With the idea of "being" that many great thinks, philosophers, writers, leaders, and moar express in their walks and works of life. Pepe seems to embody this well from being a cartoon frog living through memes and taking on the being as created and expressed by the minds, and people that place the image of Pepe in their memes. Resulting in "Meme-ing"

Interesting to find and see Pepe, and other memes expressing these messages of old in our newer forms of being moar picturesque thanks to our many advancements in technology.

The moar you do this, or be this, the moar you will be, what you want to be. Wishing to seem in seeming to others, and/or your self. As you wish this you will be moar of this that you wish. Further creating and being what you want from your thoughts, and your mind. For you are to be whatever you think you are (to be). This seems to be one of the very few if not one of the only things that most great thinkers, such as philosophers, agree on.
Pepe seems to be as many wish Pepe to be. A decentralized being through a central being that of a cartoon from expressed by many in a great variety of ways.
