Pepe blocks are blocks that have mentions of #pepe.
Pepe blocks give moar Pepe token rewards they they receive. As long as there isn't so many pepe things that pepe is in all z blocks!
When the blockchain finds these mentions pf #pepe, it rewards the producers of the #pepe's.
$Pepe tokens are sometimes rewarded by action of the 
TOKEN CONTRACT.
This is done sometimes with new supporters.
Early supporters sometimes rewarded to return the support.
