Guess..is this fried or Grilled?
Okay, you say it after I tell you how to make that one, okay? But first I must admit something that I sneaked into cici's kitchen to watch her prepared something for her father in law, our old Vet Marine 馃槀 last evening. Cici told me that her FIL loves banana so much.
He bought 2 combs of well ripe bananas yesterday
He needs some snacks while watching the quarter final football game, Indonesia National team Under 19 againts Japan National Team on Asia Cup 2018 to get a ticket to Poland, where the World Cup Junior Will be held next year. So, Cici decided to make her easy to prepare Snack.
She sliced the banana into 3 thin layers
This banana which we both didn't really know what to call excepts just "pisang manis" usually eating without any further processing, but her FIL wanted her to create something with it馃槀, so She, just as usual following her mind.
Adding about 2 spoon margarine in the non-sticky pan, then melting it on low heat
Seems to me She fried the sliced bananas, what do you think?
She put the sliced banana once the margarine melted
She lets the banana for two minutes before flips it to the other side and would flip it again if She wanted to make sure its ready.
She told me that She needs to flip it once more to get the right taste
But for the last banana, She didn't melting the margarine first馃ぃ, She added on the Grilled banana
No more than 15 minutes from preparing to finishing 馃槺 amazing!
Its ready to serve... But馃槈
Strawberry's jam and grated cheese as her FIL favourite's topping!
So, what is it? Fried or Grilled 馃 we usually deep fry the banana in cooking oil with rice flour batter, but She didn't use any cooking oil or batter though. How easy the taste? I don't know 馃槀馃ぃ She didn't let me try any, because it was especially made for her FIL and refused to make another portion for me and her husband 
Well.. the remained bananas still to much to be eaten by a person, I think She has another plans with it tomorrow and I'll make sure She will shares to us, her loyal customers, but please pray for me馃構
