Greetings, everyone!
One of the things I have learned about the prophet and working in the prophetic is that a prophet is not about speaking about the future of the people but preparing the way of the Lord. A prophet is a spokesperson, creating the pathway for others to pass into encountering God and knowing god for themselves.
Ephesians 4:11 And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;
Ephesians 4:12 For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:
God gave some apostles, and some prophets meaning God didn't give everyone a prophet, but other gifts, to work together to edify the church and make Christ known to the nation.
Prophetically, everyone is expected to work prophetically through speaking the word of God upon their life and speaking against the devil, and through prayers. And for us to be in prophetic we need the Holy Spirit to keep us burning for God and for the kingdom.
We are to take charge of the nation. His spirit has been poured upon us to take up the mantle to preach the gospel to the world, to break the chain of darkness, to take over the nation with the power of God, and to share His love with all those we meet.
Sharing the word should be done in love and compassion, these are the virtues that will cause people to listen to you.
I love, I care, and I forgive
