Started the day with an absolutely nose-freezing 5km cycle to work. I noticed the lake was just starting to freeze at the edges, seems like winter is almost here, feels welcomely late this year. Cycled down to down at lunchtime – 5km each way with only a small portion of cod and potato as a fuel stop in between. I did a bit of work before the inevitable 5km cycle home. Dark. Cold. But got my exercise at least J
