Hi, welcome to my blog. The photos I'm going to present were supposed to be for my participation in the second contest organized by @visualshots where the theme was macro and close up photography, but there are weeks where things get a little more complicated and I couldn't make it on time. However, I present you some photos that were an attempt to make them in macro style but in reality they are several Close-Up and I chose to bring some that I have taken with my Olympus FE-46 12MP camera and others with my HUAWEI P30 lite phone.

All the photos I show you belong to my personal archive where I have many that are waiting for the ideal moment to show them in Hive. So, knowing about the contest I have selected them especially for this community because I love to make close-ups in the photographs despite not having the ideal equipment. However, as I like to dedicate time to a difficult photo I can make many attempts until I get something acceptable and always hoping to improve according to the camera I have.

You will see that my photos have several objectives and the locations may vary but most of them are of nature, specifically in the garden of my house and the garden of my grandmother's house, back in my beloved Venezuela where I have obtained a lot of photographic material. The gardens are perfect because there is a variety of plants, of course flowers and all kinds of critters that inspire for a good photo. Only one of the photos is from here, in Colombia, it is the flower of a kind of red lily. I also brought three photos taken in indoor environment that I could capture with a lot of fear because they were two not nice insects, a very striking green bee and a cockroach 😬 But I liked to face my fear for a photo 😁 I am very pleased to bring this photographic sample and I hope to receive your comments of approval or disapproval, because everything is valid for me.

¡Hola! Bienvenidos a mi blog. Se suponía, que las fotos que les voy a presentar eran para mi participación en el segundo concurso organizado por @visualshots donde el tema era fotografía macro y Close-Up, pero hay semanas donde se complican un poco más las cosas y no pude llegar a tiempo. Sin embargo, les presento algunas fotos que fueron un intento de hacerlas en estilo macro pero en realidad son varios Close-Up y elegí traer unas que he tomado con mi vieja cámara Olympus FE-46 12MP y una con mi teléfono HUAWEI P30 lite.

Todas las fotos que les muestro pertenecen a mi archivo personal donde tengo muchas que están esperando el momento ideal para mostrarlas en Hive. Así que, al saber del concurso las he seleccionado especialmente para esta comunidad porque me encanta hacer acercamientos en las fotografías a pesar de no tener el equipo ideal. Sin embargo, como me gusta dedicar tiempo a una foto difícil puedo hacer muchos intentos hasta conseguir algo aceptable y siempre esperando mejorar de acuerdo a la cámara que tengo.

Verán que mis fotos tienen varios objetivos y las locaciones pueden variar pero la mayoría son de la naturaleza, específicamente en el jardín de mi casa y el jardín de la casa de mi abuela, allá en mi querida Venezuela donde he conseguido mucho material fotográfico. Los jardines son perfectos porque hay variedad de plantas, por supuesto flores y toda clase de bichos que inspiran para una buena foto. Solo una de las fotos es de aquí, en Colombia, es la flor de un tipo lirio rojo. También traje tres fotos tomadas en ambiente interior que pude captar con mucho miedo porque eran dos insectos nada agradables, una abeja verde muy llamativa y un cucaracha 😬 Pero me gustó enfrentar mi miedo por una foto 😁 Me complace mucho traer esta muestra fotográfica y espero recibir sus comentarios de aprobación o desaprobación, porque todo es válido para mí.

I hope you enjoyed these close-up photos.
Most of them were taken with my Olympus FE-46 12MP camera and for the Red Lirio I used my HUAWEI P30 lite phone.
