One thing we all have in common, human and animal alike! We all have to eat!
Just a brief oversight on what we do on a Monday here, as our days are not the ordinary run of the mill days. There is always something going on.
This morning it was feeding the street people, the poor and the homeless and this afternoon it was the wild animals at home.
I get a personal sense of belonging to some other place in the galaxy when I turn my hand to physically helping other people and living beings, as in my imagination I belong to a planet of peace, love and abundance.
Just a few shots of the street feeding with the team and the rest of the post about our wild animals at home.

Life has it's twists, as today we can be rich and tomorrow we can be desperate!
There are six of us in the team and we travel all over the town to feed those that do not have!
Right and now the afternoon back at home!
The Egyptian Geese have had their supper and when the stomach (crop) is full they bathe in the late afternoon sun!
Here "Sally" checks around to see if it's safe to take a nap!
And "Harry" has found his napping spot after supper!
A squirrel appeared to check his chances to come and fetch another nut, as it can be dangerous to pass close to a goose!
He made it through, came and grabbed a nut and made his way back past a drowsy Sally!
This was our Squirry and she was determined to show me that she can take 2 nuts at a time Lol.

A little Cape White Eye popping in for a drink at the water bottle!
And this little guy really wanted a drink, as normally the spout is full of water!
Finally, almost the end of yet another productive day in our crazy life over here!
Now I don't want to say too much here, but let me tell you that no matter how rich, or poor you are.
No matter how important or un-important you are, or how wise you judge yourself to be, there is a great peace awaiting you out there and inside yourself.
We were all born with the ability to give, but the world teaches us to want with a want that can never be satisfied. Our illnesses and bad deeds stem from this unquenched want in our lives.
We live by the question; "What did you do for someone else today"? and let me tell you that by a simple kind act, your sleep at night will improve. It is easy to take, to take and to take, but the rewards are pure bitterness.
The humble thank you from a needy person, or the tear of a happy little orphan child is like a balm to one's soul.
It releases a peace within that no money can buy and to know that you are responsible for that thank you, or tear releases a sense of supreme well being and belonging.
Try it, as you might be surprised at how it can change your life!
