Can we do it?
Although we could have done some of this weeks ago, opportunity finally presented itself and we decided to start our meat chicken processing with the first fifty largest chickens. We weren't sure if we could get it done, since we did not start until about one in the afternoon, but sure enough, we managed to complete the task. We'll let some of the smaller ones grow for a little more, and then they'll be off to freezer camp and some cans for the root cellar.
