I shot this industrial pipe in the art district last week with the sun hitting it at the perfect angle. The carefully placed stencil brings up more questions than answers... what is it all about?

The black and white could pass for the 1960s if the mobile phone and Nike shoes hadn't crossed in the background!

Is this art?

I photographed the pipe with my Canon 5D camera and 70-200 mm lens.
