Hopefully a big part of it will go to environmental projects, after all the drilling of oil and gas has a large impact of nature.

Thanks for the reply, I agree, and it really hurts the wildlife that has lost their home as the wetlands of South Louisiana keep sinking into the Gulf of Mexico.

The feds pay for environmental restorations all over the country, this one is just going to be more expensive.
