Good day to all who looked at my blog!
November is in the courtyard, but still there are plants that still bloom, as if nothing had happened and they are not afraid of eerie fog and cold. The blessing though strong frosts yet was not. But as they say winter is just around the corner. I have borage growing near the doorway or, as it is commonly called, borage grass. A neighbor surely calls her a weed) maybe a weed, but what a !!! I personally really like her flowers! they are very beautiful! A cute fluff all over the stalk - it is generally something! In terms of decoration, the plant is simply amazing. If you rub a little leaf, then cucumber flavor will remain on your fingers!)
This plant is also called buranchik. It belongs to the family Buranchikov. It is considered the birthplace of the South-Western part of Europe and Asia. The plant is an excellent melliferous plant and thanks to this it is specially grown in England and France. And it is also worth noting that in addition to its ornamental appearance, the plant has healing properties. It is part of the diuretic, sedatives.
Oddly enough, but in our gardens - this plant is not often seen. Perhaps only gardeners lovers sow seeds. Self-seeding the next year the plant grows with great speed. In the care there is no difficulty. Since the plant is absolutely not whimsical. and can grow in almost any conditions. Flowering begins from the end of July, August and to the very cold.
Regarding the place, there are no obvious preferences, as it can grow in the shade and in the sun. But with direct rays, of course, it can lose its decorative appearance, so in particularly hot weather it is worth monitoring the soil moisture. So that the leaves do not lose their appearance, when the soil dries out, they become coarse and shriveled. It is possible to sow seeds directly in open ground in May.
Here is such a beautiful weed!

Thank you all for your attention!
