Chair - old is new again
Spent yesterday reupholstering this office chair to make it last another 9 years. Before. Bonded leather doesn’t hold up. I pinned the denim on the reverse side to get a good fit. Great fit, took apart

Four months later and some nice work has been accomplished. Looks like some cleaning has been done on the old masonry, looks nice. Not sure if the modern addition on first floor works, waiting for the

Yellow blouse
A great project that I love to wear. Cotton with a monochrome motif. This is a Kwik Sew pattern that comes with sleeve and collar variations. The puff sleeves are eased in no problems. Great for learning

This building is being refurbished in Philadelphia. I'm hoping that they keep the masonry. Oftentimes the work gets covered over with stucco or disassembled entirely. Here are some pics taken on Thursday.
