That's not where you withdraw from. I can see that you are already logged in to keychain, now you need to go to hive-engine.com, click 'wallet', then click 'withdraw'. You may need to first click the login

You just use keychain to login. You have to click the withdraw button on the website. Are you doing this on a computer or a phone?
