I love the simplest, silliest stuff that happens in this town! There have been thousands of times when I've seen something that made me laugh so hard that I stopped making noise. When I spot this kind of thing, I like to imagine what happened 15 minutes BEFORE the thing was placed there. What conversation led to that choice? Were they drunk? Probably.
