I have the same symptoms as yours. Heavy flow and intense menstrual cramps have been usual to me. I always used all-night pads because their thicker and longer. I have experienced changing pads every hour due to my heavy bleeding. Months passed, my cycle became even shorter to the point I had two menstruation in a month. It made me feel dizzy due to too much blood release and during my yearly check-up (for work), I was diagnosed having Anemia which the doctor said has something to do with my menstruation. Until know, I still experience heavy flow and menstrual cramps. I plan to consult an OB regarding my situation.
