I'll be honest about it, if you ask me how many cups a day I drink, I would say it depends on the size, if it's standard (small size), it would be between 4 to 6 cups and medium cups, up to 4 cups; but if they are sizes like my Jumbo cup, it would be two to three cups, it's my favorite by the way.

It's a pity😔, not to consume coffee as I used to, I managed to lose count, how many cups a day I consumed, it was crazy😅, I think that the excess for many years took its toll☕, that's why currently in the afternoons and evenings I can't drink coffee😢, it gives me insomnia, it makes me sad😟 I can't do it, if I do it when it provokes me, I already know that I will not sleep, I will spend the night in vigil😥, this is my reality and I must accept it, I have already been with this routine for a year and a bit.
