Con la nueva dinámica en bailoterapia, nuestro entrenador Navarro, modificó los sets, ahora trabajamos dos sets por más tiempo, realizamos combos de ejercicios seguidos sin descansar, sumado al número de repeticiones, en el vídeo están especificados en cada ejercicio y los grupos de combos que se desarrollaron se hicieron dos rondas por cada grupo, sí que es realmente intenso, pero cada esfuerzo vale la pena, me siento satisfecha con cada uno de los entrenamientos y los avances obtenidos.
