Good morning. How are you? I hope all of you are Hale and hearty with your family and friends.
Today I would like to share you about my previous experience of an excursion. Then I was a trainee at teachers training college in Barishal. We were thirty seven teachers in that course. All of us were English teacher of different schools.
It was three weeks course. The training started everyday at ten am and continued up to five pm. Most of us joined the classes from our home. It took forty minutes to reach the training college. I usually got up from bed early in the morning. After completing my breakfast I started for the college. I took my launch with me because the food which was available nearby hotels was not only very costly but also unhygienic.
At the ending of the course there was an arrangement for excursion. On the fixed day we started our journey by a bus. Our destination was Kuakata. It is in the district of Patuakhali. It is the last land area of Bangladesh. After that the Bay of Bengal starts. We started our journey at six am. It took four hours to reach the destination. On the way made a lots of fun. Some body cut jokes and every one was bound to sing a song.
Around eight am we were given our breakfast. The breakfast was given when we were crossing a river by ferry.
At ten to fifteen we reached at Kuakata. We went to our hotel which was reserved before. After a bit rest we went to the sea. We played football on the sandy beach. We swam in the sea and dived for hours together. After having bath we came back to the hotel. At one pm we had our launch. Then we rested for half an hour. Then we went to the beach again. We had a cruise on a speed boat. After that we waited for the sun set. It is really amazing to watch the setting sun. It seems the sun is going slowly into the water of sea. It became dark and we came back to the hotel. At seven we started our return journey.
