Running Away
My father told me, He who runs away from a fight, flights to fight another day. I have learnt that you don't have fight all fight. There is wisdom in running away from fight most times.
Fleeing a scene of fight saves your head from trouble. Resisting the urge to always claim your right would prevent you from occurrences that could binder or waste your precious time.
Running away doesn't mean you are lazy or can't stand to defend yourself but wisdom is profitable. Many have escaped being a murderer by walking away from the scene. Who knows, the person who is trying to engage you in a fight is just waiting for one punch to drop dead.
Remember, wisdom is profitable, in all you are trying to get, get understanding.
This is such a wise #weekend-engagement topic you have brought up here @galenkp, I hope to read wonderful wise sayings through the weekend.
