Yes, I grew up Amish, and a while back I wrote an article about that. I won't go into the same post, but you can read it if you like. In this post, I wanted to give a little overview of my life as this is my introduction to this Steem site.
I left the Amish for the 3rd and final time at the age of 18, and in November that will be 18 years since I left. I have learned a lot in that time. I have had four offspring, and as a result, I learned not to trust a statist. I have had successes and failures in business. And since I only got to complete 4th grade in Amish school, I ended up getting my GED, and am now in college, 55% done, working towards a Business Administration degree. Hopefully, I can use that to make better choices in life and business.
In the future, I plan on posting some stories of some friends, like the one that had an accident, and a shotgun went off, after which, he was the first above-the-knee amputee to hike the Appalachian Trail.
In the mean-time, follow me.
@adamkokesh will be posting tomorrow, so make sure to check his post out.
