A lot of the strain flavors are very convincing, cannabis has flavor essential oils called terpenes, very similar to the essential oils in fruits, vegetables, and plants. Like limonene terpenes has the lemon/lime flavor, pinene has the pine flavor, and many more, so the combinations of those flavor ingredients gives you a full flavor profile that is basically the same as many naturally occurring flavors. I've had buds that taste like peanut butter, garlic, grape juice, pineapple, orange, cherry, donuts, and more. The Pineapple Express I had from the dispensary I described the flavor as "Sweet pineapple kush and light earthy pine diesel, slightly dry flavor, powdered sugar aftertaste." Tasty buds, I'm looking forward to testing these fresh ones :) !pimp
